It has 1 x bathroom, 1 x bedroom, 1 x living room (bedroom) and a nice storage room (height 190 cm) with 2 cots. There are two parking spaces to the apartment. It is located 200 meters from Kurpark Schwangau. In the village there are food markets and restaurants. The Royal Therme is about 600 meters away. The Forggensee is not 2 km away.

The property is located in the beautiful district of Obermenzing-Pasing and is perfectly connected to the public transport network as well as the A8 highway and highways. Located directly at the Nymphenburg Palace Park, it also allows guests to spend relaxing leisure hours on foot. For shopping, the Pasing Arcades and the city center can be reached quickly by bus, tram or S-Bahn. Even at the Oktoberfest or in the Allianz Arena you are public or by car very fast.
