A large, cosy rustic 1 room cabin with separate electric shower & toilet, & kitchenette. King size bed. Stunning countryside views, set in a private animal paddock at the top of our garden. Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

Within 100m radius; -Tesco Express -Chinese takeaway (wood fired pizza and Sri Lankan curry van a few days a week) -Moorhayes Country House bar and restaurant. Children’s play park. Bus stop (although it’s only a 10 min walk into town) I will also consider letting your family pet stay on a case by case basis.

There is a log burner in the living room (logs provided) and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. Easily accessible, under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Musicians and Writers find this a useful retreat to work in. There is a Zappi charger for electric cars Dogs are not allowed in the bnb. Not suitable for children or babies
