Detached house with private entrance. Located in the heart of Møgeltønder, within walking distance of Schackenborg Castle and Slotsgaden. Decorated in retro style. Located on the marsh trail. Includes entrance, 2 cozy living rooms, a suite, retro kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds - one is with elevation. One bedroom is a walk-through bedroom. Back entrance with washing machine. Included in the price is final cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Cozy thatched cottage in a quiet location close to the North Sea. Fully equipped and on a large property. You will occupy the house alone and the garden is also available for your exclusive use. From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

We modernized the approximately 200 m² vacation home "Mein Nordstern" with a lot of love for detail in 2021. We have equipped and furnished the house as we like it best. In addition to design classics, there are high-quality beds and selected kitchen utensils that make the house modern and cozy overall. Our sauna is brand new from autumn 2023. The thatched roof vacation home is from the 16th century, with a 3000 square meter property. This house has been renovated and equipped with complete underfloor heating. The heater is a modern eco-friendly air-heat pump. There are 6 beds available plus 2 mattresses No bed linens and towels are provided.
