The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Summer house idyll at the border

Our home is close to the border, art and culture, Højer, Tønder, in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park. You will love our home because of its unique location in a quiet environment, the endless space. Our home is suitable for couples, sunbathers, business travelers, families (with kids) . The immediate proximity of the home to Vidåen - which is a mecca for fishermen - allows you to dock, with a small dinghy in connection with the grounds.
