Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Twin beds which join to make a superking and small double sofabed in main room. Connected bedroom has double bed and shares the bathroom - great for family or close friends. Annexe has kitchen, shower room ensuite, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge freezer washerdryer, hairdryer, ironing board & tennis court. Breakfast included. We welcome pets by prior arrangement.

Welcome to our shepherds hut, for a touch of glamping in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. A cosy retreat with scenic views across the Downs, beautiful sunsets, starry skies and passing wildlife. There is a toilet and shower facility. A kettle, mini fridge and teas, coffees, milk, cereals are included in the hut. An electric heater keeps it nice an cosy.

There is also a vineyard 10 mins walk away (West Ashling Estate), offering wine tours and a restaurant and bar

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc
