The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

The small apartment with separate entrance, private kitchen and bathroom is located in the lower part of a 300-year-old, lovingly renovated farmhouse and beautiful farm garden, using only natural materials such as wood, terracotta, etc. IMPORTANT: Per day and per person, the local tourist tax of Eur. 3.00 is payable on site NON-SMOKING APARTMENT, NO PETS

The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
