In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn [suburban train] 7-minute walk or 1-minute bus. 15-minute drive to Marienplatz.

The apartment is in the beautiful district of Lehel on a small side street with minimal traffic. Three rooms offer great comfort and high-quality furniture with 2 new bathrooms a new fully equipped kitchen, bed sheets, towels, appliances, internet, great mattresses & Smart-TV and Aircondition On-site parking: €25 per night. The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

The house with about 110 m² has a bedroom on the ground floor, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facility. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer. The property is in a very residential area in residential areas. Shopping and the S-Bahn are easily accessible at foot.

Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Perfect for guests arriving by car. The driveway is lockable and it could accommodate approx. 5 cars can park there.

The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
