Attractive 75 m² apartment in a two-family- house on two levels with tiles and parquet, underfloor heating, fireplace and piano. The kitchen is integrated in the large living room. In the master bedroom is equipped with a double-bed (180 x 200), closet and cabinets. A second bedroom with a double-bed (140 x 200 or 200 x 200) is in the connected attic. The bathroom includes a shower, tub and toilet. The apartment was completely renovated in 2013. Unterhaching is located at the southern border of Munich. The apartment is quiet but nevertheless very central. All shops, restaurants and the public transportation (bus and S3) are just a 3 minute walk away. With S3 or car you reach downtown Munich (17 min), the central station (21 min), the tradefair (18 min) as well as the airport (40 min). Die Autobahn is just 5 min away. The Bavarian countryside with the alps, lakes, nature and the river Isar is just minutes away. Bikeways are in great condition. Bed-linen and towels are included.

My lovingly furnished beautiful accommodation in a well-kept quiet location in a beautiful Bavarian town south of Munich. Very good transport connection. Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family friendly, pets 10€ per day. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, Friday weekly market regional offers. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Rustic hideout near Munich

Unique and very cozy! We are happy to welcome you in our house in a suburb of Munich. You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house. We made a big effort to create a special and artistical studio in the attic. A silent hideout, perfect for couples. You can enjoy countrysite lifestyle and still be close to the city.

The apartment is located in the attic of our beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet and very good residential area surrounded by greenery. Free street parking is available in front of the house.
