You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. We offer a completely renovated apartment with bathroom (bathtub). The new sofa bed sleeps up to two people if needed. The balcony overlooking the beautiful garden offers a quiet atmosphere. Unterföhring is very close to the city of Munich (20 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz) and the airport (17 minutes by S-Bahn). With two lakes and lots of nature, Unterföhring also offers many opportunities for a break. A kitchen is not provided.
