High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. The old town, Bahnhofstrasse and the Kunsthaus Zürich are within 10 minutes walking distance. Restful sleep in extra large bed 200cm x 200cm. Dyson fan and air purifier for allergy sufferers are available.

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Liebe Gäste Unsere Unterkunft ist eine 2- Zimmer Wohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung mit privatem Eingang und Parkplatz. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Gäste und liegt vor den Toren der Stadt Zürich (30 Minuten bis Zürich-HB, Airport 30min Zug, 20 Min Auto). Zur Erholung befindet sich in der nähe das Naturschutzgebiet Katzensee.
