Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We had a wonderful short vacation in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super lovely people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were available, as well as cutlery and dishes, so you could have a nice breakfast every morning. We did it on the terrace with a great view. What should be noted is that all supermarkets close at 8 PM. All shopping should be done beforehand. The restaurant 2 minutes' walk away, Brauerei Gasthof Engelbräu, is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we'd come back any time!

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We were even actively supported in filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We'll be back for sure and say thank you for a wonderful vacation with you!

We were only there 3 nights and were very satisfied, everything is as described. The Kufer family is very friendly and responds promptly to concerns. The pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants is very easy to reach in 10 minutes on foot….

The rental was incredible, spacious, well-equipped, quiet and the views are incredible whether from the accommodation or from the spa. Daniela is a really welcoming and kind person. It was a real pleasure to stay at Daniela's and I would go back without any problems.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

We had a lovely time in Musau, Gabis Place is quiet, beautiful, well appointed and has all the amenities listed. It was a cozy and comfortable stay for our family of 3 with two bedrooms. The location makes it a good base for visiting the castles, ski areas. While we did not speak the same language as the hosts, we did manage to communicate and they were quite helpful with giving tips / recommendations etc.

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. Rooms are sufficiently large, bathrooms too. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete everything. In the immediate vicinity are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities. The house is located in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there very much. We will be happy to come back.

This is a real comfortable and cosy apartment with everything you need; also nice outdoor space which is private and great for relaxing. Ursula was very helpful and understanding, I had a minor medical problem and she really helped out, thanks again Ursula! ♥️ Oberau itself is very pretty with an absolutely amazing outdoor public swimming pool, please check it out! Nice restaurants, ask Ursula for recommendations: also towns nearby are easily reachable by train and wort a visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

we visited the apartment as a family and were more than satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped, the house is in a quiet area that offers direct many opportunities for hiking. The large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house is especially great for children. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything simply and well. A beautiful apartment in a very nice place where you can walk to the restaurants and the bakery. A nice supermarket is also nearby. Furthermore, it is centrally located so that it is a nice base for making beautiful trips. Simon and Michaela are very friendly, helpful and respond very quickly to our messages.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We stayed 3 nights in Simone's and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short vacation and felt comfortable in the apartment.

Very nice communication with a very good description of the accommodation. Nearby we found nothing where we could eat something in the evening and then drove to the village, but it was not so bad in total, recommended.
