Spacious duplex apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor, balcony on all sides on the 2nd floor with patio, as well as balcony on the 3rd floor. 5 bedrooms (1 double, 2 double rooms each with a sofa bed, 1 triple and 1 single room) with box spring beds, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped. Fitted kitchen and living room with TV and dining area. There is currently construction work on the neighboring property across the street. Depending on the progress, there may therefore be (presumably only on weekdays, i.e., from Mon.-Fr.) get a bit louder now and then.

The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Lovely, cozy apartment in Unterammergau. Cozy apartment for 2-3 people. It is a 2-room apartment with a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a great balcony. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Since we've had a lot of trouble with guests and their four-legged friends lately, unfortunately we don't accept guests with dogs. Thank you for your understanding.

It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children.
