Villa vacation rentals in Unkel

Every year, we go as a group of 12 men on Ascension Day to a place in Germany and spend 5 days together. We felt very much at home with Ruth. There are many seating areas and, what was important to us, a common table. We were surprised by the gas grill, which was not yet in the description. However, we mostly used the fireplace. The sauna is tip top. We would have liked one or two more beer glasses, but that is not important for family trips. All in all, the area offers great hiking opportunities. I would have liked only a baker within walking distance.

Lovely apartment in a historic villa. Beautiful large common spaces with also games for my daughter. The host was friendly, were kindly welcomed by 1 of the temporary residents. We stayed there for 1 night on the way back from vacation in France. There was plenty of time to take a nice walk to the castle and eat there in a restaurant or walk to the center. Plenty of beautiful fairytale castles to be seen in the surrounding area.

We had a great time at the atypical installation house. The accommodation is in a great location for discovering the surrounding villages. The accommodation is clean, bed sheets and bath towels are made available by the host. The accommodation has several floors, and a lot of stairs, two of which are spiral. Iveta is a great host, very responsive and attentive during our stay. We thank her for her kindness and availability.

We were at Vera's place for a family reunion with 14 people (18-81 years old), who warmly welcomed us on arrival and provided us with all the information. We immediately felt very comfortable and in great weather we also used the garden and the barbecue area. The villa and the cottage have been renovated with attention to detail and offer enough space for large groups/families. We didn't miss anything. In Unkel everything is within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, train station, etc.) and the place has beautiful alleys and half-timbered houses. We had wheels with us and made beautiful bike tours along the Rhine from the house. We highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

The place is very spacious, perfect for a large group. It is almost like renting a small motel with 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Professional kitchen with fast heating oven and quick dish washing machine helps also preparing food for large group of people. The host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place.

The house is exactly as described. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. We were there with seven people, which was no problem at all, as the rooms are all very spacious. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and check-in was friendly. The only drawback was the (one) mattress. We then swapped beds and were able to solve the problem (for the children, the mattress was not a problem). I would book the house again at any time.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

We had a great weekend with the family. Everything worked out great and Karen was very friendly! We liked the house and everything was clean and cozy. The surrounding area is very beautiful.

From the moment we arrived until the moment of departure, our stay at this property was a great experience. Everything was right: The communication in advance was smooth and clear, and upon arrival the accommodation turned out exactly as described – maybe even better. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The bed was lovely, the bathroom was modern and hygienic, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare a meal yourself. What we especially appreciated was the tranquility and privacy we experienced. We felt like we were really away from the hustle and bustle. In short: this accommodation has fully met our expectations. Everything was taken care of to the last detail, and we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

What a place to stay. We stayed here with some friends and had a fantastic time. Being onsite of a brewery with a great restaurant was fantastic! Would happily recommend to family and friends and anyone reading this review.

My friends and I really had a perfect weekend. Beautiful location overlooking beautiful and free land. Wonderfully quiet and quiet. The house has everything and more you can expect from a home and more! Kitchen fully stocked with everything including herbs, liqueur, serving boards, etc. All bathrooms provided with shampoo, body wash, body lotion, towels, washcloths. In addition, helpful instructions with how the house works. Just mentioning positive stuff. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this airbnb was. If I could give over 10/10, I would have done it.

Located on the edge of the forest, with a large lounge with a fireplace and views of ponds, meadows and forest, the Forest Lodge was an ideal place for us - 5 people with a dog - an ideal place for a reunion over the turn of the year. A nice place for a few days in quiet surroundings that invites you to walks, chats by the fireplace, reading at one of the large windows, cooking and eating together. Sincere thanks for the well thought out hospitality!

Wonderful stay. Appreciated Florian's effort in communicating with us beforehand as well as throughout the checkin process. The perfect house for our type and size of group.

We are really very excited about the place, we were 12 women and had a bachelor party. In the evening we grilled in the garden and there is everything you need in the house. Each floor has its own bathroom and there is plenty of room for everyone. We'll be happy to come back sometime!

We were with a group of 6 adults and 5 small children between 6 months and 4 years at Degi and felt super comfortable. Everything you need for the kids was available: high chairs, baby bed, night lights, stair gates, stools, potty, children's dishes and really a lot of toys inside and outside. There's really nothing missing. The kitchen was also well equipped. The pool was a highlight. At least on one day it was warm enough to jump in once. For the summer it is certainly great. Degi was also totally friendly and easy to reach. Existing defects in the play equipment were immediately corrected. We felt really comfortable all around and will definitely come back.

Always good to stay there, its our second time, this time in the house next door that we stayed last year's. The house's are very similar and great for larger groups. We had an issue with the hot water that was solved by Dominic, always very responsive when we need. Always a good choice.

With our family of 2 parents and 4 adult children and their partners, we had a wonderful week. The house met all expectations; sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. What stood out, after previous experiences, was that tableware and cutlery were very widely available and also the kitchen equipment was more than complete. Nothing wrong. The amenities were as promised. Lovely free garden. However, we soon received a notification that we had to take the neighbors into account with the noise. When we unexpectedly had no hot water, there was a mechanic within an hour of reporting who quickly arranged it. A bottle of sparkling wine for the suffering, not necessary, but nice.

Everything went smoothly. It was clean. We definitely had fun. Thank you for a great day or evening.

We had a great weekend in Ricarda's house. The garden with pool and sauna was great! Quietly located and equipped with everything you could possibly need.
