We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Altes Pfarrhaus Eifel (2 people)

The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument renovation. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as the use of natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak planks, clay plaster, lime colors and solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!

Jagdvilla Landhaus Karbach

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful furnishings give the house its extraordinary character. The Landhaus Karbach is in a completely secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating furniture invite you to relax.

Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge Palatinate Forest

You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can store your bikes in the outbuilding.

Alte Färberei Runkel (up to 30 guests)

The Alte Färberei in Runkel is a self-catering guest house. It is rented to only one group at a time. Up to 30 people can stay in the house, 16 in beds and 14 in the mattress dormitory (mattresses available). The Alte Färberei is perfectly suited for family and friend gatherings as well as for seminars and corporate events, with a minimum of two nights. Come to our beautiful, cozy and modern house in Theley and relax in the Saar Hunrück Nature Park. Have fun in the 900 sqm garden, 70 sqm terrace and with plenty of space for the kids to play. Cook in the evening in the open kitchen or order something from the surrounding restaurants. Hike or cycle right outside the front door or drive a short distance to Schaumberg, Bostalsee and other attractions. There is a lot to do!

This 1920 jewel is located on the edge of the vineyards and yet centrally located in the beautiful spa town of Bad Dürkheim. Shops, train station and the spa park with the saline are in walking distance. A short stroll over the vineyards leads to both the Palatinate Weinsteig and the Palatinate Forest with many hiking and refreshments, ideally located for hikers and mountain bikers . A lovely place in every season.
