The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Villa Flora is located directly by the forest. In about 100 m, a forest path leads up to the Rhine trail - an ideal location as a starting point for hikes. The house is a semi-detached house, surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, with fireplace, herbal spiral, two sun loungers and enough seating. In the living room is a wood-burning stove and piano. On request, we can build the second bedroom (bed 220x130) into the living room. Then the red sofa is replaced by 2 armchairs.

It is less than 100 metres from the picturesque banks of the River Unkel and at the same time offers breathtaking views of the vineyards. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants , cafes and shopping.

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramics and refurnished the other rooms except the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
