Nearby (3 km) are shops + restaurants that offer German + international cuisine. For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Our small apartment is located in our newly built house in a fantastic location in Bonn Oberkassel - right by the forest and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the Rhine. Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

Vacation home Bachstelze in the mountain area of Königswinter at the foot of the Ölberg. Our apartment has a double bedroom (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also has a private terrace, which is only used by guests, with magnificent views of the countryside. Our apartment is allergy-friendly. The walls were painted chemical-free with chalk paint.
