Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stylish apartment in a 400-year-old, listed half-timbered house in the middle of the old town of Linz am Rhein. The historic architectural style gives the apartment its special character. The floor plan leads from the dressing room through the bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub through the fully equipped kitchen into the open living/sleeping area, which is designed as a studio. Terrace, stucco and decorated ceilings combine history with modern comfort.

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm
