An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Visit and grill out back. Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!
