We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Siamo stati nella casa di Laura con la mia famiglia e pensiamo che sia un luogo favoloso. La casa pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Io in Laura ho trovato non solo una host attenta a tutte le esigenze, ma una amica cara. Ci torneremo al più presto.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo meraviglioso alloggio in Umbria e non potevamo chiedere di meglio! Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, immerso nel verde, pulitissimo e con un’atmosfera da fiaba che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La vista dal castello è spettacolare, un panorama che sembra uscito da un dipinto! Rino è stato gentilissimo e super accogliente, ci ha fornito preziosi consigli per esplorare i dintorni, rendendo il nostro itinerario ancora più speciale. L’alloggio aveva tutto il necessario, non ci è mancato nulla: ogni dettaglio era curato, dalle comodità per noi alle ciotole per il nostro peloso, che ha apprezzato quanto noi! La posizione era perfetta per il nostro programma di viaggio, permettendoci di visitare facilmente le meraviglie della zona. Grazie di cuore per questa esperienza indimenticabile!! La graziosa dependance di Roberta ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e ha reso il nostro soggiorno più che confortevole. Roberta ci ha accolti due ore prima del previsto e, come fossimo persone di famiglia, ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta di mele e una bottiglia di spumante per l’occasione del compleanno del mio compagno, di cui l’avevo messa al corrente al momento della prenotazione. Come se non bastasse, il frigo era pieno di yogurt di ogni tipo, latte e succo di frutta. In cucina c’erano molteplici varietà di tè, caffè sia in polvere che in cialda, biscotti e brioches, fette biscottate, varie tipologie di confetture. Roberta è stata carina, gentile, disponibile, affabile e il suo b&b la rispecchia appieno. Letto comodissimo, asciugamani profumatissimi, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, phon di una discreta potenza. Insomma, il luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare per visitare comodamente Spoleto e dintorni ma soprattutto per godersi del sano relax in una tenuta immersa nella natura.

Ich habe eine traumhafte Woche in dieser außergewöhnlich schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, teils mit wertvollen Antiquitäten. Es fehlt an nichts: die Küche ist top ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche von hervorragender Qualität, perfektes WLAN und zwei Fernseher (Wohnbereich & Schlafzimmer). Sehr praktisch: Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Draußen kann man ungestört im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Herzlichkeit von Laura und ihrer Familie war überwältigend. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, geduldig mit meinem nicht perfekten Italienisch, und wir haben uns wunderbar verstanden. Die Lage ist ideal, um Spoleto und viele Orte im schönen Umbrien bei Tagesausflügen zu entdecken. Ich war sehr traurig, wieder abreisen zu müssen – so schön war meine Zeit dort. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen wärmstens empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Grazie di cuore, cara Laura!
