It was our second visit to Matt&Nadine’s place and once again everything was excellent. You can’t find a better spot and more comfortable unit. The location is magical and so easy if you are travelling with a family. We will definately be back. Thank you Matt&Nadine, you go above and beyond.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Stay We’ll Never Forget! This was hands down one of the most incredible places we’ve ever stayed! From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. The views? Absolutely to die for. Waking up to the most breathtaking sunrises and dolphin sightings—it honestly felt like a slice of paradise. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our host. She went above and beyond every single day—bringing us fresh coffee each morning (yes, really!), aand treating us with such genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It felt less like staying at an Airbnb and more like being welcomed into someone's lovingly cared-for haven. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one? It’s something special. It’s the kind of place you start planning your return to before you've even left. Can’t recommend it highly enough—we'll absolutely be back 💃

We had an absolutely wonderful three days in Kathy’s place. The photos don’t do the place justice. The views are incredible… we chose staying in and enjoying the views over eating out. The beds and furniture are so comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and Kathy was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the peace we felt in her home and will undoubtedly be back soon. Highly highly recommend!!

Staying at Harry’s penthouse in Sambiti Estate was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay – it was a thoughtful experience and that Harry is conscientious in his guest experience. The photos online, while beautiful, honestly don’t do it justice. The space is even more stunning in person. Harry’s attention to detail is outstanding. They were even fresh cut flowers in the dining room area as a welcome gift. He was also incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect and any special requests were handled with care and efficiency. Even during a few brief power outages (which we experienced twice), the unit remained connected and comfortable thanks to backup power and uninterrupted Wi-Fi. It’s clear that a great deal of pride and effort has gone into creating a remarkable guest experience, and it shows in every detail.

Great location for a family. Private and quiet, yet an easy walk to beach and restaurants. Sandra the housekeeper was amazing!

What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.
