Beate home is truly a "home away from home". Each day I went into Durban, I looked forward to getting home. The home is tastefully designed. She just bought a new wooden table for 6. All the wood in the house matches the lush garden that you're surrounded by. :-) Anything you can possible need is in the home. Beate is also lovely enough to get whatever you may need. Walking distance to anything you need. I really enjoy this home!

Spectacular, from the location, the views, the beach access, space, and amenities, this place is heaven for those looking for a quiet, private breakaway to a pristine area just off the M4. Also close enough to Ballito for shopping. The house is perfect for families wanting to relax and enjoy the view, and really does have all you need. Debra was also an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The house has amazing ocean views and the sound of the waves was a beautiful background to our stay. A few steps from the beach, we had a wonderful time.

5/5 Stars! We had an absolute blast staying at Stephen’s incredible property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and neatness of the space. But the real showstopper was the fabulous garden and pool area - it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind! Checking in and out was a breeze, and Stephen was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Plus, the location was unbeatable - we were just a stone's throw away from all the action! A lovely gem of a flatlet! Great, spacious little flatlet with a beautiful garden and pool, offering amazing views overlooking the city. My little doggies felt right at home with the friendly resident dogs and cat. Jos and Shaun are very welcoming and always ready to help. Perfect for the price — I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Jannes place is was perfect for myself and my 4 legged companion. We both felt right at home immediately and Janne was quite quick with responses with the very minor questions I had. Jannes place is definitely something to book if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, well kept space. Definitely keeping this listing on a short list for future Durban visits. Aleks is an awesome host, she thinks of all the small things that we will need, that's what made our stay great, we felt very much at home. The only downside to this beautiful home is the driveway, it's very narrow and steep and a challenge to get up. Our stay was really really great, thank you Aleks...

Loved my stay here! Marian, Mauro, and Hajra (housekeeper) are extremely friendly and attentive. Not only are they great hosts but I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them. The unit was actually better than the pictures. I booked this place initially because it’s one of the few Airbnb’s that offered everything… A/C, fast WiFi, backup power, a full kitchen, gas stove, separate bedroom and living space, etc. My biggest priority was safety and this unit was extremely secure being in the back of the property with lots of gates and cameras. I don’t think there is any other Airbnb in the area that matches up to it. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a clean and comfortable stay I had in this very special Cottage! It was immaculate, and was equipped with everything I would need for a comfortable stay. It's our 3rd stay with Natalie and we will go back again. It's really a very nice place. Natalie is a extremely responsive host and just amazing. The place itself: beautiful, piece full,to fell asleep with the calls of nightjars is also worth mentioning.
