We had great time as a group of friends in Raul’s place. It was comfortable, warm and with lots of hot water. Communication with Raul was easy and I would recommend his place to anyone.

We had an excellent stay. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly equipped for groups. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, ideal for resting after touring the nearby trails. Everything was very well organized and as shown in the listing. As the only suggestion, it would be ideal to check the hot water system. We were a large group and, although it is natural for some to shower at night when they return from walking, the next day the water heater was not enough for everyone, and some ended up with cold water. It's not a big criticism, but with a slightly larger system or faster recovery, it would be perfect. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily return.

It was one of the most incredible stays for several reasons. First, literally all the necessary amenities were in the apartment. Second, it’s a super convenient location. Third, the host Carla was really friendly and helpful with guiding us. Finally, we love pets and the cat Tres Leches was just pleasant to interact with. Such a wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay, very clean, with lots of kitchen utensils and close to the bus station. Don José welcomed us very attentively, despite arriving at the accommodation at night.

I spent one week in the apartment and the stay there was just wonderful. The apartment is warm and cosy, and I really enjoyed my time there. The place has everything you need for a long stay, WiFi worked perfectly and the heater was keeping the apartment warm even with the cold winter temperatures outside. Highly recommended!

The apartment is small but very comfortable. It is very close to the bus station and about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. The house was very clean, the bed is quite comfortable and the shower is great, especially for a good shower after a day of trekking. Angel is very kind and attentive. He welcomed us in person - something not so common lately from hosts. In short, fully recommended accommodation!

The apartment was clean, cozy and a 10 min. walk from downtown. We loved Puerto Natales and really enjoyed our stay. Nicolas was a great host and super responsive. Highly recommended!!!

Great! for both family and group of friends. Rural had a washing machine and the furniture is new. Great Calafation. Clean bedding and clean bathroom. Stove with induction pans and what is necessary for stay. We spent 3 days there! I recommend the accommodation of Miguel!
