Andres' apartment was perfect for us 4. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a well organized kitchen and a living room with Smart TV. In addition, you can park safely on the property and it takes 6 minutes by car to get into town. Right nearby (1 minute) is a supermarket. The apartment was totally clean and communication with Andres perfect. He brought us extra towels. In addition, it was very well heated and the hot water in the shower was perfect. Great value for 4 people. The only thing that could be improved is cozier furniture and a few hooks or cabinets. But that's for sure. .. happy to come back!

The house was clean, cozy, and had a really nice interior - perfect for a relaxing stay. The view was absolutely beautiful, a real highlight of the place. Leslie was responsive and went out of her way to make sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Karen is an excellent host, she welcomed us without problems later than check-in, impeccable house, clean, smelly and with all the comforts for a quiet stay, it has a large enclosed patio so your pet can be of the best, I would definitely stay with Karen again

We had a great stay! Really appreciated all the friendly and helpful communication. Very easy to walk into town and to lots of restaurants. And I loved the visit from the super friendly neighbourhood cat!

Nice place and location

Great place - looks like brand-new building and was very comfortable. 20 min walk into town, which isn’t bad but a few min too far for us for early starts and long days. Ubers were cheap and easy to get though. Kitchen has what you need and the laundry was easy and convenient. The owner was nice enough to lend us an adapter when we forgot ours as well. A nice stay!

we felt very comfortable, it is a cozy place, faithful to what is advertised, Ulises excellent in responding, my grandson loved that there was a pool, it is a new place and everything is impeccable, it has everything you need.

I had so many apprehensions about my trip to Puerto Natales, but she helped me not just with the booking of her place but also recommended car rentals, guides for hiking around Torres del Paine, local restaurants, nearby attractions. She was personally available at the property when we need her. My family and I cannot thank her enough for all her support and guidance during our stay at her beautiful property.

Excellent stay in apartment, very how and very clean I had everything you need to be at home and spend a few pleasant days in Puerto Natales:

He was incredible. Anything we needed he came over and brought for us, he even helped translate for us to ease communication with our driver who didn't know English. When we were checking out he gave us fresh pears from the pear tree on property! It was a lovely stay!

A very conveniently located place, close to everything… the neighborhood is very quiet. Our host is very friendly, she always responded right away. Anyway, I recommend it and I would stay in the same place again

If you want to have an amazing and rustic experience- this cabin is for you. It’s located just outside of TDP with amazing views. We had a lovely experience. The host was very helpful. The electricity was all the time and there were 2 bathrooms in our cabin. It looks much better than in the pictures. BTW, we also stayed at Hostería Pehoe and the cabin was far, far, far better.

Our stay was very good. The house was comfortable, it was clean and exactly matched the photos and description. Location was great, we could do everything on foot in the city. Communication with Cynthia was great, always attentive to our needs and doubts. Anyway, a place we recommend and we will certainly stay again when we go to Puerto Natales again.
