Great place to stay, at high tide you feel like your right on the firth and at low tide there is a lot of area to walk. It's quite and peaceful, and was the perfect place for me and my family to relax whilst we explored Inverness, Loch Ness and the highlands

The location is perfect and the room with the view is great. The host were amazing.

We had a great stay in Achiltibuie. Amazing views from the house and very peaceful. Peter was very communicative and offered a late checkout. Highly recommend for big groups.

This in an awesome place. Cannot say enough great things about it. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and the views are unbeatable. Margaret left very clear and in depth instructions and guides for all amenities. The town is near enough to make trips quick and easy. We will try to stay here anytime we’re in town in the future!

The place was very quiet but still very close to town. The supermarket was a very short walk away as where great restaurant and the Ness river for a shorter or longer walk.

A fabulous place with incredible hospitality. Donnie and Ellie were endlessly helpful, with transportation from the train station and planning our time in the Highlands. The place is just a few minutes outside of Inverness and a perfect spot to stay as you enjoy the area. 10/10 and we'll be back.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and that speaks for itself. The location is stunning and as the downstairs has a lot of glass, it really capitalises on the loch side location. In addition to the stunning views from the property the location is ideally placed for access to Skye, Rasaay island , the Applecross peninsula and much more. In terms of comfort, the property is very comfortable and well equipped. We will be back!

Very nice and clean place in the city center

What a fantastic stay! The most beautiful cottage with everything we needed, even some breakfast for our first morning. The setting was magical and so many stunning walks around. We will definitely be back! Elizabeth was so kind in showing us all we needed to know and providing information about must see's in the area. We also loved little Mindy who came for cuddles :)

Lovely peaceful setting out in the country, reminded me of home. Mairi and Harry were easy to get along with and helpful on what to see and do. Highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend a stay at The Bay. The location right on the beach is fantastic with picture perfect scenery as far as the eye can see. Accomodation was probably the best equipped we have ever stayed in (special little touches from torches to tupperwares) and a thoughtful welcome pack was a nice surprise. Carol was a communicative host offering us an early check in, greeting us on arrival and messaged us on the eve of our departure to offer a late check out. A perfect stay from beginning to end.

Karen's place was everything & more. Walkable to restaurants, shop's, city center and the river Ness. The flat was very clean and had everything one would need. If I needed to talk with Karen, she responded quickly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

I think our favourite stay ever. We cannot praise this apartment enough. Rupert and Lins ability to have converted this old station and filled it with unusual artefacts and pictures made it a joy to stay in. The decor and furnishings were beautiful in every instance. Everything had been so carefully thought out. The kitchen was very well stocked with high quality equipment which made cooking our meals easy. The beds were beautifully comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. The gifts of beers and Lins home made jam were a lovely addition and most thoughtful. Our only grumble.... why on earth didnt we book a week instead of 3 nights? Oh well, there's always next time!!!!

We had a great stay at Elaines. It was in a perfect location and so easy to walk everywhere, plus she has a parking pass that we used.

A very stylish, comfortable, warm and cosy place to stay with views of Skye, weather permitting. Sorry it couldn’t be longer. Love the decor, very comfy lounge and bed.

We loved Mary Flora’s place - it was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Mary Flora was so lovely and provided us wonderful hospitality. We used the kitchen a lot and loved the stainless steel cookware. We really appreciated that the cookware was great quality. The bed was so comfortable. The shower had great pressure and was hot immediately. Thank you Mary Flora. I would recommend her place to everyone and would stay here again if we come back to Skye.

This accommodation was everything I hoped for and more. Very clean and well equipped, perfect for a shot and longer stay. The location is fantastic - directly at the water and the close proximity to Chanonry Points makes it perfect for dolphin watching. You can even spot them from the window of the flat! Communication was great and I can fully recommend staying at this place.

Lovely wee flat - nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and equiped with everything that anyone could need. Nice and central to all the city centre pubs and restaurants. Only a short stroll away from the river Ness and it's lovely surrounding area. Would happily stay here again. Maybe a wee bit pricey but then everywhere else decent is too.

Stephen is an excellent host, sent great recommendations on places to eat and made sure we had arrived & settled in. It’s a superb location- on one side is the beach and on the other is the town. Thank you Stephen for a lovely stay :-)

Marion’s apartment in Stornoway was great! It was easy to find and as described. Easily walkable to all part of the city. A nice place to rest between and come home to after planned activities! Highly recommend!
