The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for preparing favorite dishes. A bedroom with a box spring bed guarantees a good and restful night's sleep. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. You will share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you.
