The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

Captain ´s Suite

The apartment is tranquil and completely quiet on the street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 3rd floor above our second apartment, Captain's house, and has a south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside towards Lake Constance. A short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We have a charging station for electric cars. The apartment is not suitable for small children. In this case, the 2nd apartment is more suitable.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Apartment with indoor pool and sauna 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, 76 m². A covered parking space. View of the countryside/vineyards and side view of Lake Constance. There is an elevator in the house. So it is possible to get directly from the apartment with the elevator to the wellness area with pool and sauna. The Unteruhldingen pile dwellings are about a 20-minute walk away. Right next to it is the natural beach with a large lawn and shady trees.

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
