Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Other attractions such as the pile dwellings, the tractor museum and the Affenberg Salem are in the immediate vicinity. Various ferry connections (Mainau Island, Constance, etc.) can also be conveniently used. With a private terrace in the countryside incl. barbecue facilities, relaxation is guaranteed. Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

Plenty of space for a vacation on Lake Constance in this spacious accommodation. The lake is within walking distance (about 1.5 km to the beach). Also a bakery 700 m, or supermarket 400 m. In the kitchen there is a stove & oven as well as a microwave. You can also work at the large table in the living room. In the bedroom there is also a work table. A crib can be provided on request.
