This is the first private lodging facility in Iwadeyama area. It is a 55-year-old Japanese traditional wooden Heike. The bath, washroom, toilet, and kitchen area are remodeled at the end of 2023. There are 3 bedrooms and 6 sets of futons, so it is recommended for families and groups. There is an air conditioner in the 3 rooms between the LDK, the double Japanese-style room and the board. Parking There is free parking on the premises.(Up to three vehicles) [Surroundings] It is an 8-minute walk from JR Iwadeyama Station, an 8-minute walk to a nearby convenience store, and good access throughout the town. In addition, the Iwadeyama area itself is a 30-minute drive to Naruko Onsen and an hour's drive to Sendai, so it is also a good location for sightseeing. Iwate. This facility was built using trees from the town to allow people to experience the warmth of living with wood.   　If you are interested in Shizukuishi life, want to relax in nature, enjoy time with family and friends in a different space than usual... please come and visit us. Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. This is a small, newly built house that can accommodate up to 3 people. * Please note that Halcoya Hanare does not currently have WiFi.

Kakunodate guest house Choux

It is a dormitory type guest house using a trailer house. About 3 hours on the Akita Shinkansen from Tokyo, 6 minutes on foot from Kakunodate Station. There is also parking. No meals are provided, but a communal kitchen and lounge are provided as public space. There is a supermarket, convenience store, restaurants and etc. within walking distance. We have shower room, but you can go to the nearby hot spring facilities. There is free WI-FI and rental e-bikes are being prepared in green season.
