Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The modern apartment, located on the Szczecin Lagoon, is located in the Ueckermünde Heath. Perfect for a relaxing getaway for families, couples, business travelers, horse lovers & small groups. The upscale standard of the furnishings, the view of nature, the proximity to the water and the terrace with a grill invite you to relax. The beach can be reached in just a few minutes. Ueckermünde as a direct neighboring town is only 3 km away from supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, etc.

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large plot there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heating donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fireplace, Hollywood swing at the lake and of course space for outdoor food and barbecue.

Haus Rosalie - cozy vacation home with sauna

The Rosalie vacation home is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden property of about 500 sqm. People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed linen and bath linen as well as kitchen towels are provided for €20 per person by the cleaning service, can also be brought along. A tourist tax must be paid in addition.

Apartment for 4 people in Fürstenwerder. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. IMPORTANT: We ask you to bring bed linens and towels. In return, we would refund you €10 of the cleaning fees. For the sheets: The two beds are 160 x 200. Pillows and blankets are there, only the bedding is to be brought. The apartment is on the ground floor, on the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also used in the summer. See the notes below.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.

The holiday rental is in one half of the house but has a separate entrance, own terrace and open fire place.
