We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

We offer you a modern furnished apartment that is perfectly divided. It has a nice view of the marina on all sides. From the balcony, you can see the old town of Ueckermünde and from the north side, you can see the Szczecin Lagoon directly. We have a shower room as well as a bathroom and thus 2 toilets. So it stays relaxed even with four people. The apartment is equipped as we like it at home.

To our delight, we are connected to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
