Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Welcome to our cottage in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate und Meer – on the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our listed cottage by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The cottage was built around 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family from Mönkebude and was used for living until around 1982. Today, our guests relax between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay-plastered walls and under the beautiful thatched roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The lagoon town of Ueckermünde is a holiday resort in the middle of a marina, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. The beach is only about 300 m away! We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 48 m² 2-room apartment in the attic. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun and have the best view of the old town of Ueckermünde and the boats of the marina. Towels, sheets and much more are included in the price. Small cottage in the Uckermark on a historic four-sided farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping loft. Ideally suited for 2 people. Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.
