From here you can easily explore the inspiring side of the island of Usedom by bike on the Feininger bike path. Here you will find small swimming beaches along the Peenestrom and Achterwasser, far from the wild crowds of tourists. For cyclists, anglers and water sports enthusiasts, the sunniest island is a memorable experience. In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Haus am Wald

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

Farm vacation

Would you like to show your children what life on a farm is like or just relax for a few days? Then you've come to the right place. In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.

It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The old henhouse build in +-1940. We didn't change the outlay of the house, kept beams and location of windows are original (low above the ground). Only 24 sq m, but feels larger than it is. Located in the lower garden of Lake House Lebehn, with own garden and a wooden terrace. €10 pet fee per dog per visit. No female dogs in season, please. No EV charging facility.
