Vacation rentals with a sauna in Uderns

One of our most favorite places on earth. Wonderful and friendly family.

We stayed a week in this very nice and comfortable apartment on Lake Walchen. There was everything you could need to spend a relaxing time. Everything was in modern and good condition. Special were a lot of little touches that made you feel welcome. The lakeside location is beautiful and you can both make hikes immediately from here and visit some beautiful places in a short distance. For shopping, it is best to drive to Kochel am See, but that can also be combined with a nice walk there. Many thanks to the host who has always maintained good contact.

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very delicious. The apartment is within walking distance of shops serving everyday needs, and it is also not far to the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground garage is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you did not hear anything. The bedroom is in the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Lake Tegernsee, you are in the right hands with Nicci.

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything really clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were just completely satisfied and felt comfortable at all times. We were guests with 2 families at Isabella's apartment. The hostess is always available and very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. If you love nature and country life, you are in the right place! A big thank you to Isabella for letting us spend such beautiful days with you.

The apartment is within walking distance of the Duxer Express. The apartment has everything you need and there is enough parking in front of the house. An electric charging station is only 50 meters away. A capsule coffee machine would be the only thing you could retrofit in my eyes

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

Very nice place to stay, extremely central but a little off the beaten track. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with an open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. Nothing to be desired. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Perfect!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Our family recently had a wonderful stay at Bergufer Oberammergau and it was just fantastic ! With a total of 5 adults, 2 children and dog, we had enough space and felt freedom. The place is extra family friendly and provided an impressive selection of toys for our kids who immediately felt comfortable and had a lot of fun. An absolute highlight was the Königstraße, which received it separately. With this, we were able to use numerous activities at a discount or free of charge, which enriched our stay. The location of the accommodation is perfectly located on the Ammer to enjoy the beautiful nature and the diverse leisure activities in and around Oberammergau. We highly recommend mountain shores to everyone and look forward to our next visit.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Everything worked out great. Cooking for 8 people was a bit difficult as there were not enough utensils.

The chalet was very well furnished and is fantastically located. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With a hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. All around highly recommended!

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).
