The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. We are happy to have families with small children and support them where we can. In the apartment there are many useful things such as a highchair, potty or toys. We can provide much more. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area, entrance area and bathroom. It is a detached apartment with a separate entrance door and its own washing machine. Directly opposite is a lake for swimming. There is a lot for children to do and play on the farm.

We loved our stay at Sandra's place. It was quiet, comfortable and very clean with a lovely private terrace. Shops, restaurants and the old town centre were within easy walking distance. We also loved the farmers market on the Thursday morning! Would highly recommend Sandra's place and would definitely come back if we are ever in this lovely part of the world again.

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos – cozy and you immediately feel at home. It has everything you need: from pots to dishes to spices, you will find everything here. The location of the apartment is great! It is close to thermal baths, large cities such as Passau or Salzburg, and you have many opportunities to take walks. Elisabeth as a host was very accommodating and always quick and friendly with questions. Under the apartment, she runs her own tavern, where you can eat very tasty and at a good value. We really enjoyed the few days we were allowed to spend here and would be happy to come back! We would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again and best regards from us.

We had a little problem in the apartment, but after we told Ronja, she took care of it right away and fixed the problem. We would book this apartment again anytime.

You have succeeded in combining modern architecture with stylish and super-functional furnishings as well as a feel-good feeling. I felt mega comfortable. Despite the heat, it was always pleasantly cool in the apartment. In the evening I was able to ventilate well thanks to the mosquito gates. The view into the garden is also wonderful.
