We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small.) the place is very close to the beach and easily accessible. Quiet beach and the view is beautiful (prepare for stairs, but it's worth it).

Our stay was great! The apartment is very comfortable and complete, check-in was extremely quick and easy. The condominium is super organized. Clarissa was very helpful from the start and responded quickly. The condominium is relatively far from the center, but it is easy to access. Supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are on the same street as the condominium, so it's very easy to get to these places. I highly recommend it!

extremely clean apartment.. organized. I felt at home. We arrived and there was a Salton sparkling wine waiting for us in the fridge.. the view is much more beautiful in person.. I opened the bedroom door and saw that incredible view.. we slept with the sound of the sea. Yes, there are steps as reported in the comments but it was really worth every minute. We went home wanting to come back soon

This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment and we only have compliments: clean and pleasant environment and the service of the owner Fernanda is immediate and she is always willing to help.

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in perfectly in the apartment. The space is very good and beautiful, it has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large living room and a large table. In addition, there are various amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, mixer... the building's parking lot and leisure area. The beach of Toninhas, where the apartment is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the place, we went on foot, but at night, for example, there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always used a car to go to other beaches and at night we also went by car to Itaguá (about 10 minutes) or to the large beach (4 minutes). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure facilities, swimming pool, sauna, several courts, garden... it's excellent. We loved the stay!

Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.
