On the ground floor, kitchen, dining room, TV room, large balcony, barbecue, pool table, outdoor shower. Wonderful house in a gated community, with a doorman, cameras and 24-hour security. The land is 820 sq. meters and the house is 300 sq. meters, the house is completely enclosed, ideal for families with children and pets. In addition to a beautiful private pool, we have a Jacuzzi for 6 people, a hammock area, and a fire pit. And an 80 sq. meter living area with super comfortable furniture. The Condominium is great for hiking and has a crystal clear river for swimming. 2 security cameras, front and back.
