My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccably clean with well-kept furniture and utensils, it has a very beautiful and well-kept lawn, excellent for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and helpful, and André (owner) is very attentive and quick to answer questions, and is always concerned that everything goes in the best way. The only observation is a bar next door that is a little annoying until 2, 3 a.m., otherwise everything is very nice.

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Her place is like a dream! The house is beautiful furnished and the view is amazing! She is a great host. I also like that you can walk to the beach. This place is worth every penny and for sure I’m coming back!

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated swimming pools to a playroom for children. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we'll be back for sure !!!

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those with allergic family members, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services of the beach can be reached on foot, flexibility in the time of entry and exit, host gets a 10. We will definitely go back and indicate .

Everything is fine. The apartment and location are great. We do notice signs of wear on the walls and furniture, understandable for an AirBnb AP. But the AP is really very spacious, clean and everything worked perfectly. The strong point is definitely the view and the Jacuzzi. Thanks

We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well cared for, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made a point of helping us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It has a family home feel. The upstairs bedroom and bathtub were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely come back to take the family with us.

It was very nice to stay at Selma's place, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house served us super well and is exactly like the photos. We had great moments while we were there. The house is amidst the exuberant nature of the mountains of the sea, surrounded by green and birds. Selma was very helpful and attentive to everything we need during the stay. We had unforgettable moments here, the house is exactly as shown in the listing and I confess that when we arrived we were even more delighted, because the house has that coziness of Home, you know? But the best surprise is when you get to the back of the house and open the huge wooden sliding doors and you are faced with a breathtaking view, including sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea is incredible, it looks more like an extension of the backyard of the house, which is also beautiful and has plenty of space to enjoy with the family. We went with the maximum capacity and the house served us perfectly, the kitchen is super well equipped with utensils that never end kkk, including some dishes with that super charming grandma face as well as the whole house. Just a note for pet owners, the condominium prohibits entry to the beach, but on the other side of Lázaro beach, to the left outside the condominium area, you can enter with your pet. Seeing this, we definitely intend to come back, we love it so much!
