Come and enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful house with a waterfall, swimming pool (for children), barbecue area, pizza oven, in the midst of the Atlantic Forest, just 8 km from the center of Paraty. Perfect for those who love nature without giving up style. Super reserved location, with only 1 other house (link in info) where you need to pass a bridge to cross the river and climb a ladder (approx 100 steps) Car does not reach the door of the house! House equipped and designed for you to have a unique experience !!

Modern house, with ample gourmet space

There are 2 (two) houses on a 2,000 m² plot. Newly built main house with 3 bedrooms (all with split air-conditioning) and smaller house with only 1 en-suite (with split air-conditioning). The two houses will be rented together. Although the smaller house has a kitchen, it will not have the kitchen utensils used in the main house. There are 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites) and 4 bathrooms (2 en-suites, 1 social bathroom in the main house and 1 external bathroom next to the balcony supporting the barbecue area)

The property offers a jungle gym, sauna (paid as an extra), private trails and access to 5 private waterfalls. The one bedroom studio has a king size bed built high so you can watch the forrest from it. It offers a private hot tube and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an extra bed that can be used for a third person with an extra fee per night

The house is very complete, with all the kitchenware, there is an indoor and other outdoor kitchen on the barbecue balcony, air conditioning in the bedrooms, pool table, spaces for up to 5 small cars, simple place, super quiet, 2.5 km and a half from the beach 5 minutes by car to the hard beach, Lázaro, sununga and Sundays days, the house is located in a neighborhood, it is not in a condominium, but super quiet place,I live next to the house, to answer any questions I will be at your disposal
