The saltwater blades are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach on Notaflå is centrally located and provides swimming opportunities on a nice summer day. Welcome to our retreat, a place to watch the world go past or a base to enjoy the neighbourhood. Located above a small charismatic beach among the woods and hills of Hinderåvåg. Selhammar is a location that is relatively isolated and accessible down a farm track that wanders about 1 km from the public road system. Explore a choice of forest, beaches and mountains just outside your doorstep. The homestead is slowly being restored from abandonment and basic organic principles are practised.

Nedstrand. The cabin is located just by the path to Himakånå, and has good hiking opportunities. The property is fenced, making the place safe for children. The living room window has a great sea view. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 sleeps 3: 1 bunk bed and 1 cot with length 150 cm. Please be mindful of grazing animals outside the property. Free parking space is about 150m from the cabin, to get up you have to go a steep climb but one can drive closer to unload luggage.

We have kayaks that can be borrowed for free. Hammock and fire pit. It is close to public transportation and a store. The climbing park "Høyt og lavt" is a 5 min drive by car or bus. The cabin has outdoor shower, kitchen, toilet and double bed

Relax with family/friends in idyllic surroundings With a view to one small pond, sheep in the fields and lovely birdsong, this is one place to find peace and quiet. Here there is plenty of space for play,bonfire and barbecue. There are good sun spots all around the cabin. 15-30 min by car for all atractions at Haugalandet. For grocery shopping, the convenience store in Slåttevik is recommended, which is only 4 min away by car.

Lots of opportunities for nearby trips.
