Poggio Bicchieri Holiday Farm - Memoria apartment

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Studio Anatólio

Studio Anatólio is a cozy studio apartment for two people in the heart of the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo. Carefully furnished in a minimalist and Mediterranean style, it offers a refined and bright environment. The functional kitchen, the modern bathroom and a balcony with breathtaking views directly on the beach. The balcony opens onto a unique spectacle: the sea just a few steps away and a sunrise that gently illuminates the coast, giving a slow and authentic awakening.

Palermo Magic House is a dreamy and enchanted house. At the center of the most beautiful square in Palermo, in a true oasis of peace and silence, guests can enjoy a breathtaking views of the Royal Palace . At night, the lights in the square illuminate the living rooms and terraces of the house, creating a magical and timeless atmosphere. The house has recently been fully and lovingly renovated by the new owner, creating a home of real luxury, but with an informal and relaxed style.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

In the Geremeas Mare residence (45 km from the airport): semi-independent apartment on the ground floor with private garden, consisting of entrance, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, veranda with terrace overlooking the sea (private) where you can also eat outdoors and enjoy a truly sensational quiet and panorama, additional terrace (private) on the beach (it is the closest terrace to the beach).

You can leave your luggages before check in when my cleaner arrive to clean the apartment and I will send you message 1 hour before the apartment is ready.
