In the middle of Cap Sicié, in a classified natural area of 2 hectares, 2 km as the crow flies from beaches and also preserved Mediterranean coves. From the property you have access to many hikes that can take you, on the land side, to Notre Dame du Mai where the view is amazing, or on the sea side, to somewhat isolated coves. Evenings are usually quiet, although summer sometimes brings echoes of distant music. On the grounds, 2 donkeys like to come and say hello.

We are located a good hour from Nice, 45 minutes from Fréjus, 35 minutes from Lake Sainte Croix, and the Verdon Gorges. Many nearby walks are accessible. 80m2 former sheepfold between sea and mountain

Situated in the heart of the maquis, this former sheepfold offers 80 m² of living space and is surrounded by several hectares of land with oak and olive trees. The house comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The large shaded terrace has a large table, barbecue and deckchairs, ideal for admiring the view of the mountains and the starry sky.

Here are some highlights: Air conditioning, oak floors, plot with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, outdoor toilet, discreet garden lighting, lawn and sea view. An almost private sandy beach is only 300m away, a great restaurant on the most beautiful beach in Sardinia, Tuerredda, is only about 1 km away. The photos say the rest.

Terzanila sheepfold

The sheepfold is in a private estate of 20 hectares. From the terrace you will have a view of the Bay of Ajaccio. Enjoy the new pool (2023) or the beach with the 2 paddles available to you. It is very pleasant to live in and powered exclusively by solar panels. The water comes from a borehole. Access is only by a 1.5 km long dirt track with a 2 or 4-wheel drive vehicle (4X4 - 4WD) such as a Duster, Panda,... high clearance.
