It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. All its guest can enjoy meals and "fareniente" on the terrace shaded by its white pergola. Some steps below and you're on the beautiful VIGNALE Beach where your can enjoy privacy sunbathing on deckchairs and of course relaxing sea swimmings. Its wide plate-glass window gives direct access on the terrace and allow to live confortabily as inside as outdoor, facing the sea.

Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. The house consists of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with sofa bed and the common outdoor areas consist of garden, swimming pool, gym and solarium, outdoor shower, kitchenette and outdoor dining area.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance.
