The Kitzbühel Alps offer everything you need for your alpine holiday, including the Tyrolean comfort: a hike to the Kitzbüheler Horn, a bike tour through beautiful Tyrol or a visit to idyllic Kitzbühel. After an exhausting day, you can relax in one of the two in-house saunas or you can visit the modern wellness complex of the Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tyrol. The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. Time to take a deep breath. Our resort offers 4,000 m² of space for rest, relaxation and fresh air - the perfect place for a good night's sleep and renewed energy. All rooms are furnished to a high standard and have a deliberately minimalist design so that you can concentrate on the essentials: Nature, relaxation and experiences. A regional breakfast with fresh local produce awaits you in the morning. Guided ranger hikes are included.

Sunny and quiet location directly at the valley run, t-bar lift, ski school and bike park. Ski in/out, bike in/out. Ideal starting point for all kinds of sports, summer and winter. Playground at the house. We are bike home partner: lockable storage room, laundry service (for a fee), bike assembly stand incl. tools.
