We liked it very much in the house. Beautiful rooms and everything very comfortable. Perfect to feel comfortable. Absolute bonus is cleaner Gitti on site. She helped us promptly with every question.

Perfect place, 10 minutes outside of Innsbruck, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very private and peaceful. The house was super clean, it had everything you’d need for a night or even a longer stay. Pro Tip: Near Ambras Castle there is a restaurant called Wilder Mann - that was so good and authentic Austrian/german food. It was out of the city & in the suburbs up in the mountains.

The house offers a larger group everything you need for a ski holiday. The living rooms/bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable, in the kitchen you can sit together and eat together, the living room offers enough space and comfortable sofas to make a cozy TV evening. The Ötztalbäckerei bun service is perfect, which is only a few minutes' walk away (if you prefer to get rolls yourself, you can too;-). Opposite the bakery is the Hotel Bergwelt, where you can eat delicious and well at fair prices (is definitely recommended). Perfect also the bus stop from ski bus 44, which is less than 5 min walk away. In about 25-30 minutes, you will be at the Gigijoch. For those not skiers, you can also start various hikes/walks from the house. The seating in front of the house is also very convenient, where you can sit wonderfully in the sun in good weather. The house is also very quiet.

Excellent summer stay in Ingo's beautiful house. Very clean and well maintained house, very comfortable, very well equipped, including the kitchen. Very nice view of Achenkirch and the surrounding mountains, little opposite. Close to hiking departures and located about twenty minutes walk from the lake and village. Ingo's place is extremely quiet. Ingo was a perfect host: friendly, responsive and very available via messaging, before and during the stay. He has prepared a short guide, available in the house, with all the necessary information about the house, accessible activities around Achensee, restaurants, etc. A perfect experience!

The cottage is very quiet and idyllic, a good starting point for hikes. You can discover and do a lot in the area.

Our group of 8 enjoyed a very great stay in the city. Everything was available, and the most important ski resorts were easily accessible. A little tip: since the building is a little older, the ceiling or door are a little lower ;)

Philip and Daniela’s place is absolutely fantastic! It has everything a family might need when traveling, and you can feel the hosts’ thoughtful touches in every corner of the space. It’s perfect for families with children and truly feels tailored to meet all our needs. I can confidently say this is the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week at Nicole and her family's house. Everything was super prepared and Nicole helped quickly with problems. The bedrooms on the ground floor were suitably large, cool and the beds comfortable. It was great that there are some toys as well as books and board games on site. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are beautifully modern. Not to forget the washer-dryer. You can just tell that a family likes to use this house regularly, which is not least reflected in the great, tasteful furnishings. The house is quiet with a beautiful view of the mountain. Nevertheless, you can reach the village in 5 minutes by car to the bakery, supermarket, etc. You could even walk if you feel like taking a walk (and the way back up the hill). The place itself is nicely laid out with a great church and a picturesque swimming lake. The valley station for the gondola to the Reitherkogel is also no more than 5 minutes away.

Our family spend 10 days in this nice townhouse. It was perfect for our family with two small kids. Invaluable revealed the playing room with many toys and lots to discover. The bus to Innsbruck centre is a short walk from the house and really useful. Check-in and check-out were easy and Dirk was very helpful with instructions for the house and additional information on activities in and around Innsbruck.

It was super nice! The house, the location - everything! The landlady was also very warm. Everything worked smoothly. Thank you for everything! We had such a great time as a tour group with dogs. We will definitely come again!

We loved the cozy and well-equipped place. The ski cellar and sauna were a big plus for us after a long day at the Wilder Kaiser. The bedrooms and bathrooms have also been very nice and clean! We will be happy to come back!
