When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. Fantastic location, charming attic apartment + wellness

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.
