Communication was mega from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and totally The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

We were a group of 3 families (8 people) with two children (4 & 9 years) and a dog. The hostess was very proactive before arrival and sent us good information, so you could find the place quickly and easily. Furthermore, the access was well cleared and easily accessible even without four-wheel drive vehicles! Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and we received a short briefing. For any questions, the host was always there for you. The location simply invites you to come down and relax. Nevertheless, you are also quickly in the nearby village of See, where you can find restaurants, 2x supermarkets and of course the elevator. We felt super taken care of and would be happy to come back! You just have to see the home base!

An absolutely fantastic stay in the mountains! The alpine hut in the Lesachtal exceeded all our expectations – surrounded by beautiful nature, with hiking trails right outside the door and numerous birds of prey, alpine jackdaws, alpine swifts and even vultures that we could observe. The cottage itself is authentic, cozy and very clean – equipped with everything you need on an alpine pasture: gas kitchen, wood stove and a very special flair. The jacuzzi at 1600 m altitude was a unique experience! Barbecuing with a view of the mountains was also unforgettable. Friendly cows grazed in the area and the fresh mountain spring water right at the house rounded off the natural experience. Madlyn was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. A clear recommendation for those seeking peace, nature and originality!

What can you say – we actually just wanted to spend a few relaxing days and stumbled directly into a small oasis of well-being! The accommodation is so lovingly furnished that we briefly considered simply moving in. No joke: more beautiful than in the photos (and that rarely happens). We were so pleasantly surprised! Everything was sparkling clean, super cozy and just to feel good. The location? Super, super quiet and idyllic and with hiking and mountain bike trails right outside the door – no more excuses for not exercising! Roberto and his partner are super warm hosts. Thank you so much - We really lacked nothing (except maybe a few extra vacation days). :) We'll be back for sure and would recommend the little cottage at any time!

We had a wonderful week in this lovely chalet. Simone and Erich were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The space was carefully planned, and worked well for our party of six people. The enclosed balcony, and entrance area meant that the kitchen/dining area is free of clutter, and easy to use. The kitchen and utensils were all high quality, and this reflects the attention to detail the hosts have put into this chalet. It was completely renovated in 2019, and is in immaculate condition. It is located a short ski or walk from the Salober lifts. Grocery shopping was convenient on the ski busses, and we did not need to use our car. The Pfefferkornhütte has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. There are no neighbors, which heightens the impact of the beautiful natural surroundings. The stars at night were stunning. We have skied from many chalets over the years, but this one is by far the best one we have ever stayed in.

Felician‘s place is perfectly cozy with astonishing surroundings. We were very happy with our holiday home, and Felician and his family were lovely and welcoming hosts, always available for a recommendation when needed. We stayed over New Years and got treated with a homemade grill evening with local home made sausages and food. :) If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable spot in the middle of beautiful Alps - this is an amazing choice!

Pure relaxation! If you don't get down on the spot, you are very sure to have serious problems. The deceleration going out of this place is fabulous…

What an absolute delight it was to stay in the cabin this week. Beautiful surroundings, a cosy, warm and beautiful cabin with plenty of space for our family of four. Lovely facilities and within walking distant of lots of great restaurants, a quaint little Christmas market and close to the sports centre where we spent lots of time ice skating, tobogganing and swimming. The host was helpful, very kind and couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Seefeld. An unforgettable winter break.

We loved the place with Andrea and Rudolf! It is beautifully quietly nestled in the nature. Perfect for families and couples who like to have tobogganing, hiking or just having a nice view. Nevertheless, there are many shopping and great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You have the whole house to yourself and you immediately feel comfortable. It is lovingly decorated with nice details. And of course everything very clean! We can't wait for the next visit.

This cottage on the mountainside is convenient to the city and other attractions while being very private and serene. The hiking available from there is so beautiful and easily accessible. We loved the fresh mountain water!

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.

From hiking to sledding, everything was there. The property is a good starting point for hikes and greater shopping in a few minutes by car. Small mini market and bakery in walking distance. Large garden and beautiful sun terrace. Many nooks to sit incl. Sunroom. House is heated by oven, was warm and cozy.

We were allowed to be guests in Barbara's cottage for five nights. Although the weather was not quite as hoped, we enjoyed the time in Graslehn with Barbara and Franzl very much. The cottage is small, rustic and cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The surroundings are wonderful and you can hike endlessly. Barbara and Franzl are very friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice experience and a full recommendation :)

We spent three wonderful days on the Ögg! Great hikes and gorgeous views from the balcony. The place is lovely and great for unwinding. The communication with Christa was excellent. The two are very hospitable and helpful! We will be happy to come back!

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

The facilities were nice and cozy. Communication was fast. They were proactive in trying to help. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

We spent two wonderful weeks in May in this small, cozy cottage. We lacked nothing, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a small DVD collection also provides some variety in the evening. We especially like to make a campfire, wood for it is provided free of charge by Bec + Chris. The location in the middle of nature is great. You don't notice much from the street that directly adjoins it. We slept great, the beds are soft and the bed linen is very high quality. Otherwise, everything was as described, and the app of the two is recommended to explore the area. Keep it up, we will be happy to come back '-).
