Welcome to the cottage as it is called, the original dwelling house at our small farm built in the 19th century. Here you live with horses and chickens as neighbors, 20 minutes from Stockholm city by car. The walls whisper about stories from a bygone era. Here you enjoy the farm's charm without sacrificing any amenities. The cottage is 130 sqm and there are two separate bedrooms. This is not out in the countryside but a city farm that offers accessibility but animals and nature around the corner!

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, toilet and shower – perfect for a relaxing or active stay in nature, always with the city's amenities within reach.

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort
