It is perfectly located for day-trips to surrounding beauty. FYI the rear outdoor yard does not receive sunlight so is not pretty to relax in!

Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. Superbly situated flat within 2 minutes walk to the beach, on street parking, shops, bars and restaurants. The seafront offers a beautiful promenade,long sandy beaches parks and a funfair. South Shields is also an ideal base for exploring the Northumberland National park and all of its castles and Hadrians Wall. The beautiful cities of Newcastle, Durham and the Metro Centre are a short drive away and can also be reached by the local metro train which is a 5 min walk

This house has been renovated to a very high standard. It is situated one street back from the Main Street where all the restaurants cafes and bars are situated. We are 200 yds from the sea. It is a very quiet residential street and there is a parking permit for 1 car. There are some fabulous walks nearby, unbelievably beautiful beaches, I have lived near here all my life and I couldn’t go to anywhere else in the world to live. Tynemouth is the best.
