Du bor alldeles bredvid Bergsåkers travbana. Det finns busshållsplats ca 100m från boendet. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Städning, sängkläder och handduk ingår i hyran.

Stuga på värdens tomt. Sängkläder, handdukar och städning ingår i priset. Stugan totalrenoverades år 2020 och är cirka 55 kvm, 50 meter till havet och fin kommunal badstrand. Helkaklat badrum med golvvärme. Liten soffhörna med apple-tv. Det går att använda laddstolpe till elbil till en kostnad av 3 kronor/kwh. Vintertid kan golvet dra lite kallt, finns tofflor att låna i stugan. Vänligen läs husreglerna innan bokning görs!

Apartment + bedroom cottage

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
