This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Welcome to Sutton Bridge! This property was renovated in 2023 with a fresh paint job, new bathroom and flooring. Wifi and utilities are included in the price quoted. The house is spacious with a large open plan living area with a kitchen and downstairs toilet with shower. Upstairs is the main bathroom with bath and shower over and three bedrooms. All rooms are freshly painted and are bright and airy. The driveway will fit two cars and there are good amenities nearby.

Walking distance from Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn. You get the entire place all to yourself. Please be aware of road traffic and people noise during busy times of the day when windows and doors are open. This place has been recently updated. There is a bus stop that takes you directly to town located just outside the property. There is another bus stop on the hospital grounds which is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
