Prime location for a beach getaway! Perfect for parking your car and leaving it, because the beach, pier, restaurants, shopping, and night life are just a walk away! Pelican’s Playground is located on a quite, low traffic street. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to the beach. However, you only have to walk a few steps out the door to the pool/patio area. Tybee Island is an undiscovered beach town off the coast of Georgia, and just a hop and a skip away from beautiful historic Savannah.

Starlander Ltd.: The XL Suite, w/ private bath

The Starlander suites are within a 1920s townhouse that's part home (mine), part guest house, part art gallery, and a little bit library (I have a few books). I've travelled to over 70 countries, and my favorite stays were not in hotels, but in small guest houses and hostels with private rooms available. I liked the home-grown character of these places, and the chance to interact with the hosts and other guests. I hope to give others a similar opportunity in Savannah at the Starlander.

This is an iconic 1940 "Tybee Island Beach House" built in an elevated style that is a typical architectural vernacular to Tybee. Bright, light, and airy cottage with crisp white and navy accents throughout create a chic Low Country vibe while retaining the essence of a typical beach shack.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

This adorable tiny cottage is a perfect get-away for a couple or solo-traveler. This sweet little guesthouse features a Full-sized bed, kitchenette, bathroom/shower as well as a fenced-in backyard with a large relaxing pond in the front yard. The home is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants & pubs!
